Land Rover taking Bentley to court over ‘All Terrain Specs’

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has just filed a 30-page complaint against Bentley in the United States, seeking damages, costs and an injunction against Bentley after spending 2-years trying to get the Bentley management to address their issues and complaints about using similar ‘All Terrain Specs’ in the Bentyaga without much success.

JLR claim that Bentley’s All Terrain Specification (an option) includes a Drive Dynamics system which offers Snow, Ice & Wet Grass, Dirt & Gravel, Mud & Trail and Sand modes, just like the Range Rover’s Grass/Gravel/Snow, Mud and Ruts, Sand, and Rocks modes.
